Logging the print jobs on Windows Print Server.

Got to your print server.
Event Viewer –> Applications and Service Logs –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Print Service –> Operational –> Enable log

I use GFI EventsManager as a monitoring tool. Go to your print server->Properties->Windows Event Log tab->Add Custom Log: Microsoft-Windows-Print-Service/Operational

Create a custom report with event id=307 AND source=PrintService AND log name=Microsoft-Windows-Print-Service/Operational. Layout – Computer, User Name, Description, Event ID, Source, Date and Time.
